Application:

• Apply Refectocil Silicone Pads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eyelid and press them gently onto the skin.
• Apply the Refectocil Eyelash Tint or Perm.
• After the application time remove product as per instructions leaving the silicone pad in place.
• Remove and clean the pads.
